Kristie Nixon is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of experience bridging complex operations, multi-site logistics, and strategic program delivery across the infrastructure, energy, and entertainment sectors.
As Founder and CEO of Dominion Entertainment, Kristie leads the strategic direction, operational execution, and commercialization of immersive live experiences, specialized event staging, and narrative intellectual property. Under her leadership, Dominion applies enterprise-grade financial governance, strict safety compliance, and operational precision to scale high-impact events and production initiatives across the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West.
Beyond her work with Dominion Entertainment, Kristie brings extensive experience overseeing capital budgets exceeding $57M, directing union labor workforces, and embedding AI-driven solutions into complex operational workflows. She holds an Executive MBA (4.0 GPA) from Washington State University and is an accomplished author and IP creator currently developing original Young Adult Fantasy properties.
